ConvergeIVR is a Windows® GUI application that integrates the PBX phone system with AFTECH’s Advantage API, which in turn accesses credit union databases. This application is designed for AFTECH’s existing and new customers and provides telephone IVR front-end automation for such tasks as checking account balances and transferring funds.
